Mission
The mission of the Alumni Advisory Council is to create a vision that will serve as the cornerstone for the Alumni Association in engaging, cultivating and serving the alumni of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Purpose

The purposes of the Alumni Advisory Council shall be to:

Promote communication among and between alumni, alumni chapter leaders, faculty and staff members, students, administrators, and such university boards, councils and advisors as may pertain;

Provide alumni an opportunity to become involved in the conduct of university alumni events and programs, particularly in their own geographical region through their alumni chapter and the Alumni Advisory Council;

Assist and be supportive of the various roles of traditional alumni activities including the admissions-recruiting process, mentoring new alumni, identifying opportunities for voluntary participation in alumni affairs, and to offer guidance in defining, planning, guiding and executing alumni affairs and alumni activities;

Support and promote the fundraising and advancement efforts of the University.
