Use your official Alumni Eagle Card to take advantage of exclusive privileges during your next visit to campus.
All Embry-Riddle alumni are eligible to receive an Embry-Riddle Alumni Eagle Card. Alumni can use their Eagle Card at any Embry-Riddle campus, regardless of the campus/training center they attended.
To obtain your Alumni Eagle Card at the Daytona Beach Campus:
Visit the Eagle Card Office and fill out the form to verify your alumni
status. As an alumnus, your Eagle Card is free (courtesy of the Alumni Association). Not able to visit the Daytona Beach campus? You can also fill out this online form and receive your card in the mail.
Use your Alumni Eagle Card to take advantage of the following exclusive privileges:
- Visit the
Parking Services Office to receive an Alumni Parking Pass. This is not
a decal that goes on your car; it is a pass that lasts for a specific
time period and has an expiration date.
- Check out books, computer software and more at the Jack R. Hunt Library on campus (some restrictions apply).
- Use the Fitness Center Weight Room facilities, pool and locker rooms.
- Attend
Embry-Riddle Athletic Events at a discounted rate. For single-game
tickets, save $1 off any regular season home game (valid for alumnus
and up to one guest per game). Alumni also save 10% when they join the
Eagle Athletic Association
- Alumni receive a discount on selected items at the Campus Bookstore
when they present their Eagle Card. Discount not applicable to all merchandise. Textbooks are not included in this
discount.
To obtain your Eagle Card at the Prescott Campus:
1) Contact the Office of Alumni Relations to verify your alumni status: Bill Thompson at 928-777-4201 or email William.Thompson@erau.edu. Office Location: Building 37 (just down the pathway from the new Visitors Center)
2) Bring your alumni verification to the Eagle Card Office (Building 13) and receive your official Alumni Eagle Card.
Use your Alumni Eagle Card to take advantage of the following exclusive privileges:

Use the Athletic Facilities, including the weight room, racquetball courts, tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool.

Receive a 10% discount on all campus bookstore purchases

Check out books and use the computers and other services at the Prescott Campus Library (some restrictions may apply).

Alumni can
receive a temporary Alumni Parking Pass to have access to parking lots
other than the Visitors Center parking lot (in front of Building 41).
Check-in at the Safety/Security (Building 17B) to obtain this Alumni
Parking Pass.
